Support - For your system

In recognition of providing outstanding customer satisfaction and exceeding the required levels of support/service we have been a Sage Certified Support Centre since November 2002 - the first in Europe for the SalesLogix product line.

No solution is complete without the appropriate support to ensure you maximise the potential of your solution. That is why our team of dedicated support professionals is committed to providing support that is responsive, reactive, managed, fully logged and documented and proactively seeking to minimise disruption to your business.

Regardless of the support program you are on, all customers are entitled to login to our ticket system (requiring a username/password) and access the Knowledge Base.

Support Options Available:

(a) Traditional Support – the customer and their internal IT team provide first-level support in conjunction with our support department. Using GoToAssist by Citrix | Online, e1 offer Live Support by connecting directly to your machine and assisting you with your support issue.

(b) Managed Support Program (MSP) – this offers the customer less administrative overhead as we can remotely manage your system for you and perform updates, backups, integrity checking tasks - and even apply service packs and hot-fixes.

(c) Enhanced Support – e1’s Enhanced Support enables you to buy blocks of pre-paid units giving you greater access to our superb support staff.

The key to the quality of e1’s support is our expertise in software support issues. Our support service has an outstanding reputation because our customers can always rely on dealing with someone who knows the system inside and out and has the professionalism to solve the issue fast with the minimum of fuss.
