Derek Bytheway – Non-exec Chairman

Derek was a PC pioneer back in the 80's when he joined Businessland as the first UK reseller of a new brand of PC called Compaq (now part of HP). Derek was MD of Businessland when they kick-started Compaq's market credibility and was key in making them the number 1 PC supplier – overtaking the PC’s inventor IBM. Derek has held various other senior appointments including MD of a FTSE 100 wallpaper and paint organisation. In recent years Derek has concentrated on non executive roles and charity work primarily with the Princes Trust.

Geof Gibbons – Director

Geof’s career started in 1969 as a trainee programmer. Since then he has developed a wide range of expertise in software applications. He founded e1 Business in its current form in 1997. Geof has a knack of seeing cost effective solutions to business problems that substantially improve the ROI from projects.

Nick Gibbons - Technical & Support Manager

Nick started with e1 in 1997 and was a major part of our early growth. He took about 5 years out of the company when he worked on-site for a major client where he was responsible for SalesLogix, links to Accounts and the Server infrastructure on which the whole company depended. He has built a tremendous knowledge of all the technologies that are relevant to a CRM implementation.

Sue Gray – Financial Controller

Sue is a qualified management accountant that has served in a variety of roles including several years with a major captive insurance company in Bermuda. She joined e1 in 2001 and has overseen the finances for the company whilst it has grown, more than doubling the turnover over that period.

David Harlow – Project Manager

Having graduated from Manchester University with a Computer Degree, David built a strong career in Business Computing through various positions with major corporations (The Post Office, British Gas, The Burton Group, Ellerman Lines) designing, implementing and later managing several large computer projects. A further ten years was spent with a Computer Software House as a Systems Consultant. Having worked with e1 Business since its inception, David is probably the most experienced CRM Project Manager in the country.

Jason Daraz - Senior Consultant & Trainer

Jason spent several years in-house at IBM where he trained and project managed changes to their Siebel system. He joined e1 in 2008 and now works in training and consultancy. The feedback from the clients that he trains has been consistently praiseworthy.



Andrew Stiff - Business Development

After a broad education including spells abroad, Andy joined e1 in 2006. Andy has an exceptional ability to understand business process issues and to identify appropriate solutions.
