Through working closely with our support team we have been able to identify the most common issues users face whilst working in the SalesLogix system.

Typical issues include setting up Outlook Integration, Editing Pick-Lists and Optimising Internet Explorer for SLX. Although relatively straight forward, some users become unsure and lose confidence due to the fact that these tasks are not carried out frequently
