CRM Support Analyst
We are looking to add an enthusiastic CRM Support Analyst with excellent communication and technical skills to our IT team, based near
Of most importance is your attitude to providing excellent customer services, drive to increase sales and ambition to be successful. You will be confident, flexible and a good team worker, willing to learn and be enthusiastic with a good attention to detail.
This role includes providing excellent 1st/2nd line support service to our customers together with assisting in key system upgrades and development of in-house systems.
Technical skills required:
- Knowledge of Windows/SQL servers
- Knowledge of Networking design/configuration and troubleshooting
- Experience of working in a business computing environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge or training in Sage Saleslogix, Sage CRM, Sage 200
Desired:
- Capacity to work as part of a team and be adaptable and flexible
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Initiative and improvement orientation in all tasks
- Ability to provide high-level customer service
- Degree in computing or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
