The e1 Energy Broker Solution (EBS) is designed specifically for Energy Brokers and Consultants and is built on the market-leading Sage CRM system.

We have used our experience and understanding of your business processes through working with other Energy brokers to provide a product which supports all areas of your business.

1. Relationship Tracking
The system provides a platform from which all staff can work, meaning that any and all interactions with anyone whether they are a supplier, prospect or customer can be tracked and retrieved or analysed at will, reducing inefficiency and increasing the visibility into your clients

The e1 Energy Broker Solution (EBS) also provides the basis on which to manage information on multiple sites for end users. So even though an end user might have 30 sites, there is a single record for the end user with individual site records linked to it. This capability reduces the chance of duplication and means that if you look at an end user’s record, you can see all of its sites and all sales history, and if you look up the site you can see who the end user is as well as the current supplier/s and any linked tenders.

2. Tendering process
The tender process can be managed in the system keeping all information in one place. The tender team can open an opportunity for an end user, easily contact multiple suppliers to request quotes, and store details of which suppliers have been approached.

3. Tender/Commission Ranking Analysis
Quote figures can be recorded against the specific opportunity for the end user with the option to run a report with a tender ranking analysis. This will list the received tenders in order of suitability taking into account the cost to the end user and the potential commission to you.

4. Contract Management
The management of contracts will be much easier. By storing contract information (start/end dates in particular), you can ensure that renewals are proactively managed and that business from prospective customers whose existing contracts are due to expire are followed up and don’t slip through the net.
