Campaign Management
e1 has enhanced the marketing functionality of SalesLogix to allow marketing staff easier manipulation of campaign targets with options to include and exclude specific groups and automatically dedupe between them. For example, marketers can think along the lines of 'everyone in Preston and everyone in Leeds but excluding our customers' rather than having to build a more complex group. This saves time and effort as well as helping to build confidence in the system.
Email Marketing
e1 Target enables targeted, personalised email campaigns to be directly integrated with the SalesLogix solution, meaning you can build and mine valuable customer intelligence right within your CRM system. Workflow Solutions
Workflow is a term used to describe the tasks, procedural steps, organisations or people involved, required input and output information, and tools needed for each step in a business process. e1’s workflow solutions allow a company to create a workflow model and components such as online forms and then to use these as a way to manage and enforce the consistent handling of work.
The solutions are dynamic, event-driven and integrated with your own systems.
Data Management
e1’s Datox solution provides various alerts and business process flows to make the management of data more effective without needing to dedicate a lot of people resource to the activity. By automating your data processes and triggering data alerts you can better manage the data that you have in your CRM system and address any potential issues. Outlook Integration
Seamless and transparent integration between SalesLogix and Outlook. Add Events, Meetings or Activities in either the SalesLogix or Outlook calendar and exchange link continually manages the process so what is entered, edited or deleted in one, is replicated in the other.
TPS & MPS
The Telephone Preference Service (TPS) and Mailing Preference Service (MPS) add-on module for Sage
CRM SalesLogix ensures that your organisation complies with the December 2003 Privacy and Electronic Communications Directive preventing unwanted sales and marketing calls and mailings. This module checks your data against the opt-out TPS and MPS registers and flags whether or not you are able to call/mail a contact with clear red and green colour coding.
Mobile CRM
Instant access to critical customer information whilst on the move. For both Sage CRM and SalesLogix, Mobile CRM extends CRM capabilities to mobile devices, delivering rich functionality with real-time convenience. Options range from feature-rich CRM on the BlackBerry to a simpler web-phone service.
